Complete and submit evaluation forms via the web portal within 24 hours of the exam
Required Qualifications
Licensed Optometrist
Proficient in Visual Field Testing (VFT)
Credentialed to meet the VA's requirements
Skilled in analyzing medical records and exam findings
Exceptional written and oral communication
