Estimated Weekly Salary

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1320 - $1410

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• All certifications must be current at time of submission

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute medical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in the EMR system
• Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
• Float to other hospital units as needed based on facility requirements
