Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sale of contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment and catalog parts sales
  • Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory
  • Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships
  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports, and customer correspondence
  • Develop a territory management plan to maximize customer engagement
  • Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales activity
  • Discuss sales activities with management

Required Qualifications

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High School diploma or equivalency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program
  • Several years of successful sales experience
  • Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours
  • B2B experience
