Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance and strategies to individuals to help them live well
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges
Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
Take initiative to help participants be part of the community
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
