Job Description
Join KinderCare as a Site Director and inspire children and educators to learn and grow. You'll lead a team of passionate teachers and create engaging classroom experiences while fostering vital relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure site operates effectively and maintains standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community partners
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Basic proficiency with computers
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English
