Key Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans
Deliver physical therapy treatments
Train patients and caregivers on skills for independence
Collaborate with peers and make referrals as necessary
Required Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in skilled nursing centers, assisted living, or outpatient clinics
Strong communication and collaboration skills
