A Board Certified/Eligible Medical Hematologist and Oncologist leading clinical cancer research across multiple hospitals in Burlington and Peabody, MA. Responsible for expanding Phase 1 clinical trials, collaborating with national oncology networks, and mentoring medical students and fellows. Provides expert clinical care while driving innovation in a multi-disciplinary, physician-led cancer center affiliated with UMass Chan School of Medicine.

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Seeking a passionate BC/BE Medical Hematologist to lead our clinical cancer research program as Director of Research, Hematology/Oncology. You'll drive innovation across the Hospital & Medical Centers in Burlington and Peabody, and collaborate with the wider network.
  • Your Impact:
  • Lead Clinical Research: Oversee research operations at medical center in Burlington, Peabody and affiliated hospitals (Beverly, Addison Gilbert, Anna Jaques, Winchester).
  • Expand Clinical Trials: Develop and implement Phase 1 clinical trials.
  • Collaborate & Innovate
  • National Leadership: Engage with SWOG and NRG, building on our strong foundation.
  • Educate & Mentor: Train medical students (UMass Chan School of Medicine) and fellows in our new hematology-oncology fellowship program.
  • Patient Care: Provide exceptional clinical care to hematology patients
