This is a busy 180-bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with beautiful rehab space, including a spacious gym, functional ADL areas, and an outdoor therapy patio. The facility offers a supportive nursing team that collaborates closely with therapy staff and physicians to deliver high-quality care. The in-house therapy team is fun, energetic, and committed to helping both short-term rehab patients and long-term care residents achieve their goals.

The facility treats a wide range of cognitive, dietary, and neurological diagnoses and is part of a growing healthcare company dedicated to becoming the premier inpatient rehab provider in its communities. Locally, the focus is on expanding long-term care programs while continuing to provide effective, patient-centered rehab services.

Job Summary – A Day in the Life of an Occupational Therapist:

• Maintain timely and accurate patient records and reports

• Supervise Assistant and Aide staff in accordance with governing board guidelines

• Design and fabricate splints based on physician prescriptions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve functional abilities

• Use therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination

Submission Requirements:

• 2 years of OT experience – Preferred

• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehab experience – Required
