Monitor vital signs, mobility, and recovery progress of patients. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation plans, mobility exercises, and recovery goals. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Requirements of the Travel Nurse Valid Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
