Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles
Use Penske's tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs
Conduct basic vehicle diagnostics and repairs
Partner with management to learn new skills
Complete assigned projects and tasks
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude
Valid driver's license
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred
