Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Radiation Therapist to administer prescribed ionizing radiation treatments to oncology patients. This role requires clinical precision, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy as prescribed by the radiation oncologist
- Calculate dosage, exposure time, and equipment settings for each procedure
- Monitor and assess patients’ physiological and psychological responses daily
- Educate patients and the community about radiation therapy
- Assist with billing and coding processes related to radiation treatments
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Radiation Therapy and Radiation Technology required
- Previous experience as a Radiation Therapist required
- Current Wyoming Radiation Technologist license in good standing
- ARRT registration in good standing
- BLS certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire)

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiation biology, and dosimetry
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
