Key Responsibilities
Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift
Assesses daily patient care needs and develops patient care assignments
Collaborates with advanced practice providers for quality outcomes
Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies issues
Responds to complaints about patient care
May provide input for hiring, training, and evaluating staff
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
One year of registered nurse experience
Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license
Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
