Travel Certified Surgical Technician – First Assist (Days)

A facility in Clarksville, TN has an urgent need for an experienced Certified Surgical Technician – First Assist for a 13-week travel assignment.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Clarksville, TN

• Start Date: 11/10

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: Days, 6:45am – 5:15pm (4x10s per week)

• Call:

  • Two weekday calls per week (5p–7p)

  • One overnight call per week (5p–7a)

  • Weekend call every 6 weeks (Friday 5p – Monday 7a)

• Floating: None

Requirements:

• First Assistant Certification required (ASA or NBSTSA)

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a surgical scrub tech

• First Assist experience required

• BLS certification required

• EMR: Cerner

Additional Information:

• Number of OR beds: 12

• Patient ratio: 1:1

• Note: RN First Assist candidates will not be considered
