Key Responsibilities
Follow recipes and practice portion control
Maintain kitchen/station set-up
Requisition and stock food and supplies
Handle, store, and rotate products
Maintain and clean machinery and equipment
Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists
Perform general and specific cleaning tasks
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years old
One year experience in food service
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read, speak, and understand English
Basic mathematical skills
