Travel Primary Care RN – Meriden, CT
Assignment Length: 12 Weeks
Start Date: 11/17/2025
Shift: 5 x 8s • 40 hours/week
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
On-Call: None
HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Primary Care RN for a busy primary care office in Meriden, CT. This position is ideal for RNs with at least 2 years of experience in outpatient or primary care settings. Flexibility to work standard weekday hours with no on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care in a primary care setting, including patient assessments, vital signs, immunizations, and education
Assist with triage, patient visits, and routine procedures
Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic (preferred)
Support pediatric and adult patient populations as needed
Uphold office protocols, infection control, and safety standards
Required:
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Local candidates only
Current RN license in CT
Experience in primary care or outpatient setting
Preferred:
Experience with Epic electronic medical records
Pediatric care experience
