Key Responsibilities
Administer insurance benefits and assist with enrollment forms
Conduct prescreening interviews
Manage unemployment claims and maintain logbooks
Enter payroll information and audit payroll reports
Assist with recruitment advertising and processing employee paperwork
Plan employee events and assist with special projects
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of progressive Human Resources experience in a hotel or a related industry
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
