Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units
Assess patient health conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry data
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage diverse patient needs
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Document comprehensive patient information
Facilitate discharge planning and coordinate with patients and families
Required Qualifications
One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
Preferred Qualifications
NIHSS certification
ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required
