Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes
Follow the treatment plan set by the supervising OT
Instruct and aid patients in evidence-based treatment
Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment
Coordinate care with other healthcare team members
Required Qualifications
Current OTA licensure in the state of practice
Current CPR certification
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home health care
Strong communication skills
