Key Responsibilities
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Services
Complete FCT Checkoffs and internal trainings
Deliver FCT clinical services primarily in living environments
Provide 24/7 on-call coverage to a caseload of families
Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents
Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team
Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan
Conduct interventions aligned with the FCT model
Assist families in establishing weekly goals
Develop and coordinate discharge plan based on treatment
Coordinate and oversee initial and ongoing assessment activities
Consult with medical and non-medical providers
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in human services or related field
Two years’ experience working with youth or families
OH - LSW, LISW, LPC, LMFT, or LPCC license for the state of Ohio
Preferred Qualifications
Current Family Centered Treatment Certification
