Key Responsibilities

  • Tax accounting/withholding, reporting, analysis, and audit activities
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Maintaining employee master tax data
  • Processing W-2 Corrections and reissues
  • Analyzing gross to net calculations for accuracy
  • Reconciling payroll related balance sheet accounts

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree or comparable knowledge in payroll-related field
  • Minimum 3 years Payroll Tax experience
  • Strong attention to detail and execution
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Preferred Qualifications

  • ADP experience
