Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair diesel equipment
Perform preventative maintenance
Document repair orders and parts accountability
Handle road service calls
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Manage inventory and recordkeeping

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class-A CDL license (DOT certified preferred)
7 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic or reefer mechanic
Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency
Demonstrated independent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Own personal hand tools

Preferred Qualifications

Diesel Mechanic Certification
TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certification
