Job Title: Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse • Days

Location: Milton, MA

Job Description:
Seeking a compassionate Inpatient Hospice RN for a 13•week day shift contract (7 AM • 7 PM, every other weekend).

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional nursing care to hospice patients.
• Document using HCHB and OASIS, ensuring same•day completion.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on care plans.
• Float within the facility as needed.

Qualifications:
• Active RN License and BLS certification.
• 2+ years in inpatient hospice care.
• Proficient in HCHB/OASIS, with Oasis E experience post•January 2023.
• Manage productivity points, averaging 26•28.
• No more than a 1•year gap in relevant experience.

Additional Information:
• No on•call duties.
• Pre•approved time off required.
• Includes 2•3 days of orientation.
