Job Description

Join TTEC as a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative and enhance your career while helping customers. This remote role offers comprehensive training to become a licensed insurance agent, along with a supportive work culture and attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting products
  • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
  • Identify additional needs and help customers upgrade products or services

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Aptitude for learning and passing state licensing exam
