The Case Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting adults with mental illness to live independently. This position involves one-on-one support, advocacy, and administrative coordination to enhance residents' recovery and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Support residents in attaining independent living skills and individual goals
Assist with daily living activities
Advocate for residents with service providers
Document resident interactions and complete regular reporting
Participate in planning special events and training
Required Qualifications
High school degree or HSE
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in a Human Services or Community Mental Health setting
