Dental Assistants in orthodontics support dental practitioners by preparing patients and equipment, maintaining patient records, and assisting in procedures to improve oral health. They require certification, CPR/BLS training, and preferably additional qualifications such as EFDA or X-ray certification. This role is essential in providing integrated oral healthcare services focused on patient care, accountability, and operational excellence within a dental office environment.
