Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and make a lasting impact on K–12 special education students. Support teachers and help students achieve their full potential while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher, OR passing score on the Paraeducator Assessment, OR passing score on the Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience working with children with special needs
