Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor and control construction to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
Represent the company in meetings and assist in labor negotiations
Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to project policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with construction estimating software (e.g., Hard Dollar, Bid Build)
Experience with construction scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction methods
Experience with job costing, scheduling and estimating contract changes
