Key Responsibilities
Handle client interactions in-person and over the phone
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
Document service provided in client charts
Manage virtual clinic waiting rooms
Collect co-pays and check clients in/out
Communicate effectively with clinic staff and clients
Perform routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking environment
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
