Join Ludlowe Center for Health & Rehabilitation as a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) and lead the design and implementation of training programs that enhance the quality of care for our residents. Your leadership will empower staff and drive continuous improvement in nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs
Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and implement educational strategies
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices
Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to staff
Coordinate orientation of all new employees
Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care
Required Qualifications
Valid state nursing license
Experience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in staff education and development
Excellent communication, instructional and presentation skills
Strong clinical, interpersonal and organizational skills

Advanced degree or certification
