Key Responsibilities
Field inbound calls from medical professionals
Request and verify benefits using medical terminology
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Document and maintain all interactions accurately
Verify callers according to verification standards
Required Qualifications
2 years customer service experience in a medical related field or call center
Over 18 years of age
High School Graduate or GED
Ability to type 25 wpm
Proficient with desktop computer systems
Proven oral & written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle high stress situations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling confidential customer information
Excellent Windows operating system and browser skills
