Key Responsibilities

  • Field inbound calls from medical professionals
  • Request and verify benefits using medical terminology
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Document and maintain all interactions accurately
  • Verify callers according to verification standards

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years customer service experience in a medical related field or call center
  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Proficient with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle high stress situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in handling confidential customer information
  • Excellent Windows operating system and browser skills
