As the US Medical Lead for Solid Tumors, you will provide strategic leadership and medical expertise for Sanofi's oncology portfolio, focusing on innovative therapies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient outcomes and drive impactful medical affairs initiatives in the oncology community.
Key Responsibilities
Set vision and strategic direction for the Solid Tumor Oncology portfolio
Provide medical affairs expertise for solid tumor oncology products
Lead cross-functional teams in executing medical affairs activities
Oversee medical review of regulatory documents
Manage clinical trial program for Solid Tumor Oncology
Provide medical support for product planning and lifecycle management
Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs
Ensure medical representation in business strategy development
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Stay informed of developments in the medical community
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree (M.D., PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a medical oncology-related field
At least 10 years of total experience post-degree, including clinical practice
At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry in Medical Affairs and/or clinical research
Experience in planning and executing clinical trials
At least 3 years of experience leading people or departments
Preferred Qualifications
Board certified/eligible in Oncology
Experience with solid tumor, radio-medicine, and/or neuroendocrine tumors
