Shift Type: Nights
Shift Times: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours/Day: 12 (36–48 hr/week guarantee)
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: As needed
On Call: None

Unit: 20-bed ICU
Patient Ratio: 1:2
Floating: Required to PCU as needed

Role Summary:
Provide high-quality critical care to patients in a fast-paced ICU setting, including ventilator management, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring. Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Will float to PCU as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years current Critical Care experience

• Ventilator, ICP, and Hemodynamic monitoring experience required

• Willingness to float required

• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred

• ACLS and BLS required

• TNCC preferred

• BSN preferred
