Source Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13 week travel contract in Greenfield, OH for an immediate start to cover both INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT. Shift: Days

Hours: 7a-6p Mon-Thurs (can be negotiated) and Friday 7a-3:30p

Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS/13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility. Per Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA. Please discuss pay breakdowns with your Recruiter prior to submission.
