Key Responsibilities
Provide therapy services planned and supervised by the Occupational Therapist
Assist in implementing vocational/education programs
Design/adapt equipment and environments for patients
Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients
Document observations and prepare clinical notes
Instruct patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment
Participate in care coordination and discharge planning
Design community reintegration activities
Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted OTA licensure
Minimum of six months occupational therapist assistant experience
Current CPR certification
Good organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
