Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Acute Care - $1,915 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide and document patient education throughout the stay and at discharge
• Initiate and support discharge planning starting on day one
• Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate charting and documentation
• Use clinical judgment and problem-solving to manage patient needs
• Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately to ancillary staff
• Participate actively in team conferences and unit-based care planning
• Assume charge responsibilities as needed after orientation
• Foster a positive, safe, and efficient work environment
• Prioritize and organize daily responsibilities to meet patient and unit needs
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and management
• Pursue ongoing professional development through education and self-study
