Key Responsibilities
Enhance customer experience by supporting and innovating customer interactions
Identify sales opportunities and apply innovative selling strategies
Become a subject matter expert on Spectrum products and services
Mentor and guide Store Specialists to meet sales goals
Ensure store appearance and operations meet high standards
Analyze store performance and provide feedback for improvement
Provide exceptional support and education to customers
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years in sales and customer service
Currently in an active Stores role with a minimum of 6 months experience
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Basic math skills
Flexibility to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
