Job Description

Join Spectrum as a Store Lead, where you'll enhance customer experiences and lead a team in delivering exceptional service. This role is crucial in driving sales and ensuring store excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer experience by supporting and innovating customer interactions
  • Identify sales opportunities and apply innovative selling strategies
  • Become a subject matter expert on Spectrum products and services
  • Mentor and guide Store Specialists to meet sales goals
  • Ensure store appearance and operations meet high standards
  • Analyze store performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Provide exceptional support and education to customers

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years in sales and customer service
  • Currently in an active Stores role with a minimum of 6 months experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic math skills
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the latest technology and devices
