Join DriveTime as a Loan Advisor and help customers manage their auto loans while building lasting relationships. You'll negotiate payment plans and utilize company resources to ensure customer satisfaction and promote vehicle ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and negotiate with customers to influence payments
Process payments and accurately notate accounts
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Maintain positive relationships with the Loan Servicing team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
