Protouch Staffing is seeking a LPN / LVN Home Health for a travel job in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

LPN/LVN – Home Health
Location: Lake Oswego, OR
Type: 13-week Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hrs/week)
Openings: 2 (One for East side, one for West side)

Details:

• Must be flexible to cover all territories under the Lake Oswego branch
• On-call required
• 28–30 units per week

Requirements:

• Home Health experience required
• Oasis and HCHB experience or training (prior to start) required
• Active LPN/LVN license in practicing state
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting (Home Health or Hospice preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing or Vocational Nursing program
