Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer I at Raytheon, you will develop and improve manufacturing processes, analyze product specifications, and collaborate with teams to create innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
  • Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
  • Disposition non-conforming material with root cause analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma principles
  • Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers
  • Lead corrective action investigations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Less than 2 years prior relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Technical drawing interpretation
  • Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude
  • Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Current DoD security clearance (secret)
  • Experience with automated tooling
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
