As a Manufacturing Engineer I at Raytheon, you will develop and improve manufacturing processes, analyze product specifications, and collaborate with teams to create innovative solutions. This role involves troubleshooting, driving continuous improvement, and providing technical support to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Disposition non-conforming material with root cause analysis
Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Less than 2 years prior relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills
Technical drawing interpretation
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Hands-on mechanical aptitude

Strong communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
