Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs
Weekends/Holiday: Every other weekend; Holiday Rotation

2025 HOLIDAYS: CHRISTMAS DAY (12/25 NOC), NY EVE (12/31 NOC)
2026 it would be: MEMORIAL DAY (5/24 NOC) , THANKSGIVING (11/25 NOC), CHRISTMAS EVE (12/24 NOC), NY DAY (1/1 NOC)
Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial and Mukwonago Hospital and other like units as needed. Float to ED, Med/Surg, Oncology, 4E, Ortho/Neuro, Heart Care, ICU)
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, WI or Compact license
Minimum Experience: 2 years MS experience required. At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred - MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE
Epic: Within the last year preferred.
Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience
Charting Experience Required: Current EPIC charting within last 12 months.
Unit information: 200 bed hospital at WMH, floating throughout inpatient units and across campuses/hospitals - Float to ED, Med/Surg, Oncology, 4E, Ortho/Neuro, Heart Care, ICU)
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
Scrubs - Any
Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
