As a Client Engagement Specialist at The Jewish Board, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive compassionate and quality care. This role involves managing appointments, communicating with clients and clinic staff, and providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client interactions in-person or over the phone
Schedule and confirm appointments for outpatient services
Document services provided in client charts
Communicate with clients about appointments and changes
Collect and scan documentation and co-pays
Manage virtual clinic waiting rooms and communicate with staff and providers
Assist with routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Significant experience with providing excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours
