Job Description
Join Disney Live Entertainment as an Operations Associate Coordinator, where you'll provide essential administrative and project support to operational leadership. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a dynamic team environment, coordinating events and managing projects that enhance the guest experience across Disney's magical venues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage heavy project-based assignments and ad-hoc projects
Coordinate events and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Schedule complex meetings and prepare necessary agendas
Optimize leaders' calendars and manage purchase orders
Prepare regular reports and business summaries for managers
Handle confidential information with integrity
Support all stages of the project lifecycle
Assist with data analysis and presentation preparation
Drive team events and engage with peer groups
Required Qualifications
Experience managing timelines
Experience with project management
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Teamwork experience
Problem-solving and conflict resolution experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility with work schedule
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
