Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide to make a lasting impact on K–12 special education students. Support teachers and help students reach their full potential in a positive classroom environment, while developing your skills and gaining valuable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher
Passing score on the Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience working with children with special needs
