Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director and play a vital role in inspiring young learners and empowering teachers. You'll lead a talented team, foster relationships with families, and ensure an engaging educational environment that supports children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
Ensure effective site operations, maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards
Partner with parents to provide quality care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families, educators, and community leaders
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple situations effectively
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Physically able to use a computer and lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Read, write, understand, and speak English
