Job Description

Join Sanofi as the Director of US Market Access Payer Customer Marketing, where you will lead the development of strategic customer content that enhances payer engagement and drives collaboration. Key Responsibilities

  • Translate therapeutic area and business unit content into compelling, portfolio-level messaging.
  • Craft and deliver strategic content aligned with payer decision-makers' objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving payer, provider, and IDN landscape.
  • Align with Brand, Field Access, and Corporate Accounts for content relevance.
  • Adapt content quickly based on shifting customer needs and internal priorities.
  • Identify above-brand partnership opportunities and support long-term relationships.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on payer marketing, content strategy, and customer insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years in customer marketing, payer engagement, or access-related content strategy in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong track record of developing effective, payer-relevant marketing content
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. access landscape including PBMs, IDNs, payers, and providers
  • Demonstrated experience working across matrixed organizations with brand and access stakeholders
  • Excellent storytelling, messaging, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments across multiple customer types
