Join AFC as a Relationship Specialist and engage with independent auto dealers to enhance their financing options. You will build meaningful relationships, drive new business, and contribute to the company's growth while focused on customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Assess business and risk situations with critical thinking
Develop understanding of customer needs using CRM tools
Grow portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts
Manage and service customer accounts
Drive new growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel 60-70% within the market
Strong understanding of portfolio management and risk
Proficient in sales expertise and technology use
Preferred Qualifications
Previous auto industry or financial services experience
Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau
