As a Client Engagement Specialist at The Jewish Board, you'll be the vital first point of contact for clients seeking outpatient services. Your role will involve scheduling appointments, managing client interactions, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities
Manage all interactions with clients in-person and over the phone
Document services provided in client charts
Schedule new and follow-up appointments
Communicate with clinic staff regarding appointment changes
Check in/out clients and collect documentation
Perform data entry and routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Significant experience with providing excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual
Experience working in a hybrid (remote and in-person) setting
Ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment
