Key Responsibilities
Greet and escort patients into exam rooms
Assist with clinical procedures under supervision
Take vital signs and document accordingly
Coordinate room rotations and assist administrative team
Communicate critical patient information to medical staff
Maintain cleanliness of instruments and equipment
Participate in daily huddles and staff meetings
Cross-train to cover front desk duties when needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
BLS - Basic Life Support certification
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong clinical and judgment skills
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work as a team player
Demonstrated knowledge of varied medical procedures
