Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
  • Co-create solutions with clients
  • Drive RFPs for renewals, extensions, and expansions
  • Track healthcare/payer industry trends
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients
  • Responsible for backlog growth including renewals
  • Lead onsite project teams

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years in client facing or account leadership role
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Experience with claims and service center operations
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong experience with global service delivery model
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare/payer domain
  • Performance track record in sales and business management
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and influence stakeholders
  • Experience in forecasting and P&L management
