Job Description & RequirementsAs a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, wound care, medication administration, and patient education. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans. Daily responsibilities include travel to patient homes, accurate documentation, and timely charting using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS. Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Job requirements: -Active RN License in WA -At least 6 months- 1 year of recent Oasis and HCHB experience -Active BLS through AHA -Ability to pass a drug screen and background check -Ability to work full-time M-F 8-5 -On-call requirements discussed in interview *Stipends available for travelers
